• Responsible for managing the company's domestic and international vendor base and purchasing materials and supplies for the organization's operations. Responsible for identifying and implementing cost reductions to maintain the company's competitiveness. Accountable for managing inventory levels and inventory cycle counts, and bin audit processes. The Materials and Supply Chain Manager also manages buying, warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams.

  • The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for performing various accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable function. These duties generally include receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, tracking and recording purchase orders, and processing payments.

  • Responsible for leading and training employees on the Whip Line and Packaging on Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work. Performing daily operation, set-up, and some preventive maintenance of wire cutting, conduit cutting, and wire processing equipment when needed. Also, closing jobs, fixing negative inventory issues, printing labels, and perform other leadership tasks to ensure coverage and backup for Supervisor. Additionally, the Lead is accountable for ensuring that the production scheduled for completion is executed on time and within the quality parameters. This is a working Lead position, so most of the duties will be on the Production floor. Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.

  • Responsible for the general assembly of fixture whips, AC whips, and various production line assemblies. This position is part-time and requires the ability to use basic handtools, follow basic written and verbal instructions while assembling in a warehouse environment, and work under a lead or supervisor's supervision. Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.

  • Responsible for the administration of Bin Management systems in the company's ERP System. The Materials Handler is responsible for putting material into its designated location and will work to ensure that defined "Normal Bins" are stocked per the Bin Management System and the Bin Replenishing Report. The Material Handler will also move finished goods from manufacturing and packaging to their assigned stock bins and overflow areas on time, along with maintaining accurate inventory.
