A Buyer (International Focus) is a member of our purchasing team who is responsible for the purchase of materials, components, and supplies for specified vendors. The Buyer is responsible for sourcing and negotiating with vendors as to product, price, service, and delivery date. This is an independent role that requires focused attention to schedules, timelines, and details. A successful Buyer will have higher-level data entry skills and the ability to effectively learn and use the company’s ERP system at an intermediate level. This position requires independent judgment and decision-making skills, along with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and outside business partners.
