Color-coded mogul-base. E39 single piece “spring-loaded” porcelain screw shell socket is easily identified as Type-O metal halide lamp.

 Bayonett-style mount secures the Safety Guard to the ballast housing, not to the lamp socket. Provides a stable platform for the Safety Guard and eliminates any stress to the lamp socket during transport. Easy to install and remove.
The TIGER 400 and TIGERcub 175 HID Light Fixtures include:
  • TIGER Lamp: Type-O 400-watt metal halide lamp, clear. Lumen output – 36,000.
  • TIGERcub Lamp: Type-O 175-watt metal halide lamp, clear. Lumen output – 13,500.
  • Chrome plated heavy-duty 11 gauge welded steel safety guard.
  • Six (6) foot 18/3 SJTW power cord with 15 Amp plug.
 Corrosion resistant safety guard is “chrome-plated” 11 gauge welded steel.

During the construction phase, a skeletal framework is used which forms an interior subspace called a “bay,” which in turn marks the space as either “high bay” or “low bay”.
